Executive Coaching & Building HR Strategy & Capability

Sally’s strength is working with intact teams on leadership, culture and strategy. She is able to tailor-make the team experience to suit where the team is and where they want to be. Her experience as an HR professional, business executive and organisational development consultant means that she is able to go both broad and deep when it comes to matters of people, leadership and culture.

Leadership Development

Sally works closely with middle and senior leadership teams to build critical capabilities needed to lead in business (critical thinking, creating strategy, influencing) but also to be conscious of the impact they are having on others and ultimately the culture of the organisation.

Building Human Resources Capability

Sally is also passionate about developing forward thinking people & culture strategy and partners with HR professionals to help them create a people strategy that supports business outcomes and also build professional capability.

Sally spent the first years of her working career as an Officer in the RNZAF where she experienced the importance of purpose, esprit d’corps (spirit of the team), camaraderie and values. This learning has shaped her over the years and in many different types of organisations.

In her spare time she is an animal welfare advocate and up-cycle furniture.

“The only think necessary for the triumph of evil is for good people to do nothing”

I think this speaks to my value of courage.
